What is Quora?
To make it simple, I would present Quora as the evolved version of Yahoo Answers, it offers to get great answers to any question.
The system is functional with strict rules to make it very efficient, here are some things I like about Quora:
- The community is very active and you have your questions answered fast, it can sometimes lead to an interesting debate.
- You can ask specific questions to someone you consider of authority.
- Apart if you are on a humorous question, you use comments & not answers to be funny.
- You can propose corrections to other people’s answers.
What can I expect to find on Quora?
Almost everything from the funniest to the most informative, the best is to see some questions and their answers I suppose.

Why does Rand Fishkin dislike Google?
As I stated above, you can ask nominative questions, this one is not directly addressed to Rand Fishkin but as it’s about him and his opinion, of course his answer is more than welcome… and it’s great because he actually answered.
There are some funny ones even if it’s not the main purpose, this question asking the best trolls on Yahoo Answer is one of them and some answers are really epic.
